Most communication problems in organisations are not actually communication problems. They are structural issues that manifest as poor communication. Unclear responsibilities, missing feedback channels, leaders who don't listen — these are the real causes.
I come from the outside, with no agenda and no interest in internal politics. I observe, ask questions, and tell you honestly what I see. Then we develop solutions together that work in your specific context.

Two to three days in your organisation. Conversations, observation, analysis. The result: a document with the key issues and concrete action steps.
Ongoing Support
Two days per month at your side. For implementation, sparring, and course corrections. As long as it takes until things run smoothly.
How it works
Initial consultation
30 minutes, free of charge. You describe the situation, I ask questions. Afterwards, we both know whether it's a good fit.
Analysis
I come to your organisation, observe workflows, conduct interviews, and review documents.
Action plan
You receive a document with concrete recommendations — prioritised, actionable, and honest.
Implementation
With ongoing support: I stay until the measures take hold. With the audit: you implement, and I'm available for follow-up questions.
