Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
Florian Bieche, sole proprietor operating under the brand FLB.CO.AT, based in Vienna.
For any questions about data protection, you can reach me at
office@flb.co.at.
What happens when you visit this website
The web server that runs this site logs basic technical information with every request — your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the time of access. This data is needed purely for technical operation and is not linked to your identity. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Anonymous page view counting
If you give your consent, I count which pages are viewed and how often — nothing more. No IP addresses, device information, browser data, or referrer URLs are recorded. No cookies are set and no user behaviour is tracked.
This measurement is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
When you write to me via the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message. I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. I do not pass it on to anyone. Once our exchange is complete and no legal retention requirement applies, I delete your data.
Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
No external services
This website runs no tracking tools, no Google Analytics, no social media buttons, and no advertising. Fonts are loaded directly from this server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider. No personal data is transmitted to third parties.
Where this website is hosted
The server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Hetzner processes data on my behalf and exclusively within the EU. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Cookies
This website sets exactly one cookie — and only when I log into the admin area myself (a session cookie). Regular visitors do not receive any cookies. The anonymous page view counter works without cookies.
Your rights
You may request at any time to know whether and what data I hold about you. You also have the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. Just send me an email.
If you believe I am not handling your data correctly, you can contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna — www.dsb.gv.at.
Encryption
The connection between your browser and this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS. You can tell by the "https://" in your browser's address bar. This keeps your data protected in transit.

This privacy policy is current as of March 2026. Should legal requirements or technical circumstances change, I will update this text accordingly.
